How do I supply artwork?
We ask that you send back black and white line drawings as they give the best results. Artwork can be supplied in the following formats; BMP, JPG, and must be compatible with a Windows PC.

What is error E402?
This means that your ink ribbon has broken. Please switch the machine off and remove the ink ribbon. If the ribbon has broken please repair or replace with a new one. To request new ink ribbons please refer to the consumables section of the web site.

What is error E750/E751?
This means there is no connection to the modem. Please ensure the modem is switched on and the phone cable is connected to the ‘line’ port. Please re-connect and try again.

How do I order consumables?
Please refer to the consumables section of the web site.

How do I change my company details?
Please contact your account manager.

How do I top the machine up with more credit?
Please refer to the user guide or contact your service engineer.

How do I get my scales to talk to the machine?
Please select the ‘weight’ button and then ‘stack scale’. You will then be able to place the item of post on the scales. The weight and correct postal amount will be shown.

What if I print too high a value on the frank?
If an amount value is too high, the postage amount can be re-claimed. The franking impression has to be taken into a Crown Post Office, and this will be refunded, minus a small handling charge.

What if I printed the wrong date?
The postage amount should be set to zero, the date set to the correct date, and the item franked upside down with the correct date. The post office will then accept the item.
